Please Note: The new registration system, implemented in the 2020 season, makes it so that you do not need to register each year. After we have processed your initial registration, the fobs/tags that are issued are permanent. You will not be issued new fobs/tags on an annual basis, as in previous years. The fobs/tags that are issued for the new system should be used for multiple seasons. Do not throw them away. Your access to the pool is controlled by what is programmed in the system and the guard who sees it. Having a tag is not an indication or guarantee that you will be admitted. Please make sure your account is current with Red Rock before trying to access the pool.
New fobs/tags for newly registering residents can be requested at any time of year by following the instructions in the PDF file below.
Existing fob/tag holders should contact email@example.com if you have any tag related questions or issues. We can also provide account status information but cannot provide account details. Account balance issues can only be resolved by contacting Red Rock.
Guest passes are now tracked in the new system. As in previous years, each household is given 5 free guest passes for each season. However, we will no longer issue paper guest passes. Beginning with the 2021 season, paper guest passes will no longer be accepted.
